About Our Founder:
I'm Adam Kenny, and my personal journey has ignited my fervor for this cause. Raised within a family business, I learned the value of hard work from a young age. Throughout my life, I've been deeply involved in diverse community initiatives, dedicating my time to supporting local youth groups, churches, and anyone in need.
In 2019, I underwent a life-altering heart surgery that not only reshaped me physically but also profoundly influenced my mental and spiritual well-being. During this transformative phase, I felt a divine calling to establish SOHI as a beacon of hope and support for our everyday heroes.

SOHI Private Foundation has a rich history that began as an initiative in 2020, driven by a deep commitment to mental health advocacy. Over time, we evolved into a multifaceted organization comprising the public nonprofit, SoHi-NY, and the private foundation.
